Whistlr Studio Records and Live Earnings Dashboard: Gem History and Reconciliation
Every paid WTC Gem is a record. In Whistlr Live Studio, Stream Earnings keeps Gem Transaction History as the durable studio ledger—sender, gem, dollar amount, and when it landed—while the live dashboard and WTC Recent Gifts show money moving in real time. This guide goes deeper on that ledger and the live earnings surfaces so you can reconcile sends against Whistlr Go withdrawals without treating Studio as a second bank. It complements the broader Earnings, payouts, and analytics overview; here the focus is records, the live money pulse, and how those surfaces stay in sync.
Studio Ledger vs Cash Desk
Stream Earnings is the picture of what viewers spent on your gems. Whistlr Go is where available balance becomes a bank deposit. The Earnings tab does not hold funds for a cooling-off window, and it does not replace the payouts desk. Use Gem Transaction History to prove each send; use View All Earnings or Analytics → Pay out when you are ready to move cleared balance to a linked bank. Funds typically arrive in one to two business days after you request the transfer—no 30-day hold, no net-30, and no follower minimum.
Business+ unlocks Gems, Earnings, analytics, and withdrawals. Until you are verified at partners.whistlr.business and payouts are set up in Whistlr Go, the store cannot take viewer money—even if you can already go live for free. Publishing gems is blocked with “Please set up payments in Whistlr Go before publishing gems” if that cash desk is missing. Once both gates are open, every cleared send becomes a row you can audit later.
Gem Transaction History: What Each Row Holds
Open the Earnings tab and scroll to Gem Transaction History. The counter in the header is the total number of paid rows—the same events that lift Total WTC Revenue, Total Supporters, and Gems Sent. Until the first purchase, the panel stays honest: “No gem transactions yet” and “When viewers send you gems, every transaction will appear here.” That empty copy means the ledger is complete, not filtered. After you publish and go live, new rows appear as sends clear.
- Sender: Name and avatar for the viewer who paid.
- Gem: Icon plus name of the template they bought from your live store.
- Amount: Dollars paid for that send—not a separate coin balance.
- Time: Relative time (just now, minutes, hours, days) or a calendar date for older rows.
- Header counter: Total number of transaction rows in the ledger.
- Empty state: Intentional zeros until a published gem sells—not a hidden filter.
If a headline card looks off, open Gem Transaction History first and walk the rows. Studio and Whistlr Go should describe the same purchases from two angles: the ledger of sends and the cash desk of available balance.
Stream Earnings Header Cards Behind the Ledger
The four headline cards on Earnings are dollar totals from gem purchases. Total WTC Revenue is all-time dollars. Avg Stream Revenue is average dollars per session. Total Supporters is unique gem senders who have paid you. Top Gem is your best seller and how many times it was bought. Under the cards, Revenue Over Time, Gem Performance, and Top Supporters explain how those dollars arrived; Gem Transaction History is the row-level proof behind every chart.
New Business+ studios show zeros until a published gem sells. Gem Performance reads “No gems sold yet” / “Publish gems to start earning.” Top Supporters reads “No supporters yet” / “Gem senders will appear here.” Revenue Over Time reads “No revenue data yet.” The footer prompt—Ready to start earning?—sends you to Set Up Gems on the WTC tab. Treat day-one emptiness as product honesty: the ledger is waiting for the first clear, not hiding history.
Live Dashboard and WTC Gift Feed While You Are On Air
You do not have to sit on the Earnings tab mid-stream to know money moved. While live, the Stream Dashboard (Business+) shows session revenue and gems received for this live only. The live money pulse also includes Viewer Count for room presence and Top Supporters for who is spending now. The WTC tab adds Recent Gifts—sender, quantity, optional message, and dollars—so a hype train is visible in the same place you publish gems. After the session, Gem Transaction History is the durable record; during the session, Recent Gifts and live supporter surfaces are your real-time pulse.
- Live dashboard → session revenue: USD and gem count for this live only (Business+ Dashboard / Analytics pane on Stream).
- Live dashboard → Top Supporters: Who is spending right now, ranked for the room pulse.
- WTC → Recent Gifts: Each send as it happens, including quantity (× N) and message.
- Stream → Gems rail: Operator cards with sender, USD, message or “Sent {gem},” time, and optional 👍 ❤️ 🔥 reactions.
- Earnings → Gem Transaction History: Durable row after the session for books and reconciliation.
- Analytics → Top Supporters and Pay out: Same names over time, plus the path to Whistlr Go.
How Live Sends Become Durable Rows
A viewer buys a published gem while you are on air. The Gems rail and amber chat line show the send immediately. Dashboard Revenue this stream and gems-received increment for this live. WTC Recent Gifts lists sender, quantity, message, and dollars. When the purchase clears into Stream Earnings, Total WTC Revenue, Total Supporters, Gem Performance, and Gem Transaction History update. Those same dollars feed Analytics cards such as Gems Sent, Avg Gem Value, and Supporter Rate. Nothing in that chain parks revenue for a platform billing cycle before it can appear on the ledger or become available balance.
Help Center → Earnings in Studio repeats the three payout cards: Direct Revenue, Instant Withdrawals, and Full Analytics. Help Center → Live dashboard covers Viewer Count and the Top Supporters leaderboard context. Ranked lifetime Top Supporters for planning live between sessions on the Analytics tab; do not hunt for that full leaderboard as a widget inside the Stream Dashboard pane alone. Keep the split clear so you never confuse a live hype card with a tax-ready row.
Reconcile Before You Withdraw
Confirm Business+ is verified so Gems, earnings, and withdrawals are unlocked. Open Earnings and match Total WTC Revenue and Gem Transaction History to what you expect from recent lives. Then leave through View All Earnings, Analytics → Pay out, or Account menu → Earnings Withdrawal (Business+ only). In Whistlr Go, withdraw available balance to your linked bank. If View All Earnings or Pay out has nothing to send, finish payouts setup and confirm at least one published gem has sold—empty history on day one is normal.
- Direct Revenue: Payments go straight to your business dashboard—no holding periods, no net-30.
- Instant Withdrawals: Cash out whenever you want; bank arrival is typically 1–2 business days after you request it.
- Full Analytics: Track every dollar—AOV, top supporters, and peak earning times across Earnings and Analytics.
- Taxes: Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations; keep Gem Transaction History and Whistlr Go payouts as your records.
- No follower gate: Same rule as free streaming—cash-out is not gated on audience size.
Studio is the ledger. Whistlr Go is the cash desk. Gem Transaction History proves the sends; withdrawals prove the deposits.
Practical rhythm: during the live, watch Gems cards and Recent Gifts so you can thank senders by name; glance at Dashboard revenue when you want the USD total without scanning cards; after you end stream, open Earnings and walk Gem Transaction History once before you cash out.
