Group chats are powerful tools for collaboration and community building. We've designed our group chat system to provide flexibility, control, and security, enabling users to create and manage groups that meet their specific needs. Whether for small team coordination or large community discussions, our group chat features support effective communication while maintaining privacy and security standards.
Group Member Limits: Groups support up to 20,000 members depending on your account type and group configuration. Large groups may have additional moderation requirements and feature limitations to ensure performance and safety. Group size limits can be configured through group settings, and groups approaching limits receive notifications to help manage growth effectively.
Group Invite Codes: Sharing and Managing Access
Generate invite codes for your group through group settings, creating unique codes that can be shared with potential members. Invite codes can be set to expire after a specified time or number of uses, and can be revoked at any time by group admins. Share invite codes through messages, links, or QR codes for easy distribution. Control who can generate and share invite codes through member permissions.
Group Metadata: Information and Statistics
View group metadata including creation date, member count, message count, and activity statistics. Group admins can access detailed analytics including member activity, message frequency, and engagement metrics. This information helps group administrators understand group dynamics and make informed decisions about group management and moderation.
