Refunds and Disputes

Refunds and Disputes
All ETAPX product sales are final with no refunds. Payment disputes and chargebacks result in an automatic ban from future services. Report suspected fraudulent use of your account and we will work with you to resolve it.
This policy explains how refunds, payment disputes, and suspected fraud work across ETAPX products and services — including the ETAPX Campus Shop, merch, digital goods, in-app purchases, and any other paid offerings sold by ETAProjects Inc. or its brands. Please read it carefully before you buy. Completing a purchase means you accept these terms.

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds There are absolutely no refunds on any of our products. Every purchase is final once payment is successfully processed. This applies to physical merchandise (tees, hoodies, caps, bags, stickers, and related items), digital goods, platform credits, and any other paid offering we sell. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, sizing preferences, delayed shipping beyond normal production windows, or dissatisfaction after delivery.
Our products are printed or fulfilled to order. Once an order is placed, production and fulfillment costs are committed immediately. That is why we maintain a strict no-refund policy across the catalog. Before you checkout, please double-check size, color, quantity, shipping address, and the product details on the store page.
What “no refunds” covers:
  • Physical merch: Apparel, accessories, stickers, bags, and any other tangible goods sold through the ETAPX store or related storefronts.
  • Digital products & credits: In-app purchases, coins, subscriptions, and other paid digital offerings across ETAPX properties.
  • Promotional or discounted sales: Sale pricing, bundles, and limited drops are still final once paid.
  • Gifts and third-party purchases: Orders placed for someone else, or using a shared payment method, remain non-refundable.
If you are not fully comfortable with a final sale, do not complete the purchase. Every checkout is an agreement that the sale is final.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks — Automatic Ban Opening a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal with your bank or card issuer for an ETAPX purchase will result in an automatic ban from using our future services. That includes the store, Whistlr Network monetization features, related ETAPX apps and platforms, and any future products we release. Disputes are treated as a serious abuse of the purchase process, not a substitute for customer support.
If you believe something is wrong with an order — a shipping issue, a production defect, or a billing question — contact us first through official support channels. Filing a dispute without giving us a chance to review the order is not an acceptable path and will trigger the automatic ban described above. Bans applied under this policy are permanent with respect to future paid and free services we operate, at our sole discretion.
What counts as a dispute under this policy:
  • Card chargebacks: Any claim filed with a bank or card network to reverse a completed ETAPX charge.
  • Payment-provider disputes: Reversals or claims opened through Stripe, Apple, Google, PayPal, or similar processors for our products.
  • Unauthorized-claim misuse: Claiming a legitimate purchase you authorized as unauthorized in order to reverse the charge.
  • Repeated or coordinated dispute attempts: Multiple claims across accounts or payment methods related to the same order or pattern of orders.
Suspected Fraudulent Use of Your Account or Payment Info If you believe your account, email, shipping details, or payment information was used for fraudulent activity without your authorization, report it to us immediately. Real fraud is different from a change of mind or a dispute over a purchase you made yourself. When you report true unauthorized use, we will work with you to investigate and help resolve the situation.
To report suspected fraud, email support@etapx.us (or use the contact option on the help center) as soon as you notice the activity. Include the order number if you have one, the date and amount of the charge, the last four digits of the payment method if available, and a short description of why you believe the activity was unauthorized. Do not open a chargeback as your first step when you are willing to work with us — that path leads to an automatic ban under this policy.
What to include when you report fraud:
  • Order or receipt details: Order number, date, amount, and product names if you can find them.
  • Why it looks unauthorized: For example, you did not place the order, you do not recognize the shipping address, or your account was accessed without permission.
  • Account security steps already taken: Password reset, two-step verification enabled, or payment method frozen with your bank.
  • Contact info we can reach: The email and phone number you want us to use while we investigate.
How We Handle Fraud Reports When a credible fraud report lands, our team reviews the order, payment, and account signals, and may ask for additional verification so we can confirm you are the rightful account or cardholder. Where we determine activity was unauthorized, we will work with you toward a resolution appropriate to the case. Good-faith fraud reports made through support do not, by themselves, trigger the dispute ban — filing a bank chargeback instead of (or against) that process does.
We may also take protective steps on our side: locking a compromised account, canceling unfulfilled fraudulent orders when possible, and flagging related payment methods. Resolution depends on how far fulfillment has progressed, what our payment partners allow, and what the investigation shows. Reporting quickly gives us the best chance to help.
Before You Buy — Quick Checklist Confirm size and color, verify your shipping address, use a payment method you control, and only checkout when you are ready for a final sale. Keep your order confirmation email. If something looks wrong after purchase, contact support@etapx.us before involving your bank.
This Refunds and Disputes policy is part of our broader Terms of Service and applies alongside any checkout terms shown at purchase. If a local law requires a non-waivable consumer right that conflicts with a portion of this policy, that law controls only to the extent required — the rest of the policy remains in force. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@etapx.us.
